Goodtimes Brand, a family owned and operated company, pioneered Canadian private labels almost 60 years ago, slowly growing to offer a carefully curated, comprehensive portfolio of hundreds of sustainable SKUs for retail and food service. Commitment to quality, data analysis, market variations and value creation keep us understanding the requirements of retailers and consumers alike, as we successfully bring thousands of disruptive products to market. Those same principles are why we worked throughout 2024 to bring our technology up to the standards that allow us to grow upon our first 60 years of business.
We have worked with some of the best in their fields to bring our vision and mission to life. Goodtimes worked with DevQ to bring forth a website that embodies what got us here as a company and lays the groundwork for what we are trying to achieve. Using their expertise in web development, design, and analytics, we have created an immersive experience for customers and enhanced the way we do business.
The functionality of our new site allows our company’s story and mission to be on display, allows for our full category of products to be viewed, and gives customers the ability to order right from our website. With this in mind, we worked with our internal development team to overhaul our CRM platform to have better visibility on our products and our customers’ needs. This new CRM platform, hosted through Dolibarr, will work side by side with our new website to ensure we continue to uphold our core standards of delivering new, innovative products, while collaborating with our customers to establish and maintain a positive business relationship.
